1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for technicians, receptionists, phlebotomists, and support staff.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
- Handle joining formalities – document collection, ID creation, induction.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
2. Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Collect attendance data and support payroll preparation.
- Verify overtime, night shift, and incentives for approval.
3. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities (festivals, health awareness programs, staff meetings).
- Maintain grievance redressal records and escalate to HR Manager when required.
- Support welfare initiatives such as uniform distribution, food allowances, or hostel facility management.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain employee personal files (ID, certificates, medical fitness, offer/appointment letters).
- Track statutory compliance support (ESI, PF, Professional Tax).
- Assist in renewal of staff medical checkups, insurance, and training certifications.
5. Training & Development
- Coordinate internal training sessions (lab protocols, safety training, soft skills).
- Maintain training attendance & feedback records.
- Identify training needs in consultation with seniors.
6. Performance & Reporting
- Support HR Manager in performance management data collection.
- Maintain probation and appraisal due-date trackers.
- Prepare monthly HR reports (attrition, headcount, leave summary).
7. Exit Process
- Assist with exit interviews, clearance formalities, and reliving documentation.
- Maintain employee turnover data and submit to HR Manager.
