Job Summary
The Junior Executive – HR will support the HR department in day-to-day operations, including HR documentation, training coordination, employee engagement activities, and other HR-related tasks assigned by management. The role requires flexibility, strong coordination skills, and a willingness to learn and assist across multiple HR functions.

Duties

HR Documentation & Coordination

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and documentation accurately.
  • Support the HR Executive in preparing and managing HR-related documents.
  • Ensure proper documentation for recruitment, training, and employee records.

Recruitment & Hiring Support

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Conduct initial telephonic interview rounds to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate and oversee employee training and development schedules.
  • Identify training needs in consultation with HR and management.
  • Define training programs and prepare training plans and calendars.
  • Assist in conducting training sessions when required.
  • Track training attendance and maintain training reports.

Employee Engagement

  • Plan and support employee engagement activities to improve motivation and workplace culture.
  • Assist in organizing engagement programs, events, and internal initiatives.
  • Collect employee feedback and support engagement improvement plans.
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of HR experience can apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (especially telephonic communication)
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
