Core Responsibilities
- Document Preparation: Create and verify a wide range of Pre and Post documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and insurance certificates. Prepare export documentation including Proforma invoice, Detailed Invoice & Packing lists, Phytosanitary certificates, licenses and all other necessary documents required.
- Logistics : Plan and organize shipments, coordinate with both Production teams and freight forwarders.
- Customer service : Address customer inquiries, provide product information, analyse incoming orders and give confirmations to customers of orders received and recorded.
- Compliance: Ensure all export documentation adheres to international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and country-specific rules for the destination country.
- Coordination: Liaise with various parties, such as freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, banks, and internal departments like sales, finance, and logistics.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all shipments and transactions, including the "flat file" on systems like ICEGATE.Key Activities
- Shipment Management: Track and manage shipments from preparation to delivery, resolving any issues that arise.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients to understand requirements, answer queries, and provide updates on shipments.
- Customs Clearance: Facilitate timely clearance of goods by ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete for customs purposes.
- Bank & Finance Coordination: Handle bank-related documents, such as Letters of Credit (LCs), and follow up with customers for payments.
- Experience : 1-3 years of experience working as an export documentation role.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
