Marketing Creative enhances Stuller’s brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth through the creation of innovative campaigns and strategic initiatives. The team drives creative direction and brings campaigns to life across print and digital channels. Made up of graphic designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and photo editors, the creative team produces impactful assets that tell compelling stories and support marketing goals. By blending creativity, craft, and brand consistency, the Marketing Creative Team ensures every deliverable engages audiences, supports business goals, and elevates every customer experience.
A Junior Graphic Designer supports the creative team by producing design assets for various print and digital deliverables. This may include layout design, brochure production, revisions, resizes, and more. This role focuses on developing core design principles and software proficiency, understanding internal processes, and contributing to brand consistency. A Jr. Graphic Designer works very closely with other members of the graphic design team and the larger creative team. They are willing to learn, are excited about good design, and are respectful of team members. This role reports to the Creative Manager, along with the other graphic designers.
- Create designs based on established brand guidelines and creative direction
- Execute simple layout tasks, resizing, and production updates
- Help maintain and organize design files, templates, and asset libraries
- Assist with PowerPoint formatting and basic presentation refinements
- Learn internal marketing processes and workflows
- Receive and implement design feedback
- Create value for the team, and for Stuller by working efficiently to ensure project timelines stay on-track and are of the highest quality every time
- Attend meetings as necessary
- Stay up to date with basic design trends, tools, and best practices
- Minimum education: high school diploma
- Years of experience: 0–1 year
- Basic program knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat
- Basic program knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Basic understanding of design principles, layout, and typography
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under the direction of senior team members while meeting established deadlines
- Basic problem solving and communication skills
- Must provide portfolio of recent work
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum education: bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in graphic design
- Years of experience: 1 year
- Beginner-level program knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
- Foundational understanding of design principles, layout, and typography
- Comfortable talking through concepts and brainstorming with the creative team
- Solid problem solving and communication skills
