Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Jr. HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have completed an MBA in Human Resources and possess at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The candidate should have hands-on experience in EPF & ESIC challan submission and be capable of handling the administrative functions of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily HR operations and employee documentation.
• Prepare and submit EPF and ESIC challans accurately and on time.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
• Support statutory compliance activities.
• Oversee office administration and general coordination tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• MBA in Human Resource Management (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Strong knowledge of EPF, ESIC, and statutory compliance procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
