Job Summary

We are hiring a Junior HR Executive to support HR operations for our restaurant chain. The ideal candidate should come from the hospitality industry and be eager to build a career in HR. This role involves handling day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for restaurant staff and support functions.
  • Handle joining formalities, documentation, and HRIS entries.
  • Maintain attendance and leave records; coordinate with payroll.
  • Support in training, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, POSH, PF, ESIC, and statutory norms.
  • Coordinate with outlet managers for manpower planning.
  • Prepare basic HR reports and assist in audits as required.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in HR or related field.
  • 0–2 years of HR experience (hospitality/restaurant industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of basic HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, attendance & compliance.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.

Salary Range

₹15,000 per month to 20,000 per month
