Job Title: Junior HR & Finance Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR & Finance Executive to support both human resources and finance operations. The role involves handling day-to-day HR coordination, payroll activities, employee documentation, and assisting in finance-related tasks such as expense tracking, vendor payments, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:
- Assist in recruitment activities — posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support onboarding and exit formalities, including document collection and induction.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Manage HR documentation — appointment letters, confirmations, and personnel files.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance team and ensure accuracy in salary processing.
- Handle employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Assist in compliance activities like PF, ESI, and statutory reporting.
Finance & Accounts:
- Assist in daily accounting operations — vouchers, bills, and data entry.
- Process vendor invoices, reimbursements, and petty cash management.
- Support month-end financial closure and expense reconciliation.
- Maintain records for payments, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with external auditors or CA for required documentation.
- Prepare basic financial summaries or MIS reports as instructed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Human Resources (MBA preferred).
- 06–2 years of experience in HR or finance roles (internship experience acceptable for fresher level).
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and basic ERP tools.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
