Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and On boarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the on boarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the team.
2. HR Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Assist in organizing and filing HR related documents.
3. HR Policies and Compliance:
- Assist in disseminating and communicating HR policies and procedures to employees.
- Support compliance efforts to ensure adherence to labour laws and organizational policies.
4. Benefits Administration:
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, Provident funds, and other perks.
5. Assistance in Employee Relations:
- Aid in handling employee queries, concerns, and basic grievances escalating to appropriate HR personnel when needed.
6. General Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and responding to emails.
Qualifications:
- BBA, MBA(HR) or Bachelor's Psychology from a reputable university.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
- Must have 4 - 6 months of relevant HR experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices,
- Proactive, eager to learn, and detail oriented.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
