Jr. HVAC Sales Engineer

Overview: Kinetics Group is hiring an Jr. HVAC Sales Engineer with 1 years of sales experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in HVAC products, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of HVAC products and solutions across assigned accounts.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Conduct site visits and provide expert advice on HVAC systems and products.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates.
• Address customer queries and provide timely post-sales support.

Skills Attributes Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in HVAC sales is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems: FAHU/AHU, CHW, DX, VRF, Fans, Air Curtain Units.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
