Junior Marketing Associate (Marketing Consultancy Firm)

Location: Gulberg & DHA, Lahore

Salary: PKR 40,000 - 60,000 + 10% commission on client invoices

Job Type: Full-time | On-site (5 days/week, Morning Shift)

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and self-driven Junior Marketing Associate to join our digital consultancy team. This is not a trainee position — we’re looking for someone with a basic understanding of small business marketing and the ability to learn independently. You should have a surface-level grasp of digital marketing tools and the initiative to grow fast.

In this role, you’ll generate leads, manage client communications, and support marketing efforts. You’ll also work closely with our internal team and clients, with the opportunity to grow into a Marketing Consultant role through direct mentorship and real-world exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, & social media outreach

• Attend in-person meetings with business owners

• Act as a point of contact (POC) for clients, ensuring smooth communication & follow-through

• Support content creation with our design/content team

• Build relationships & network with PR influencers for onboarding & collaborations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related

• 1 year of experience preferred (fresh graduates may apply)

• Confident, presentable, & client-facing personality

• Basic understanding of social media & marketing tools

• Creative mindset with attention to current trends
