Responsibilities

Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our restaurant and coffee shop offerings.

Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, including content creation, engagement, and analytics.

Collaborate with the culinary and barista teams to highlight seasonal menus, specials, and events.

Create and curate visually appealing content that captures the essence of our brand and products.

Partner with local influencers and communities to build brand awareness and loyalty.

Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing strategies.

Assist in planning and promoting in-store events, promotions, and campaigns.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in marketing, with strong knowledge of social media management.

Passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Creative mindset with a flair for storytelling and content creation.

Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Photography or basic design skills are a plus.
