Jr. Marketing Executive
, you’ll contribute to meaningful marketing initiatives that connect educators, institutions, and learners with solutions that make a real difference while building a strong foundation for your career.
This is a generalist entry-level marketing role designed for a curious, commercially minded graduate who wants to learn how marketing actually works across all its disciplines. You won’t be boxed into one channel or function from day one. Instead, you’ll rotate across content, campaigns, events, and data to build a well-rounded foundation, and over time, we’ll invest in developing the areas where you show the most promise.

What You Will Be Doing

Campaign Support and Execution- Assist in the planning and execution of B2B marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. This includes coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring campaigns go out on time and on brief.

Content Creation and Localization- Draft, edit, and adapt marketing content for the business, including emails, social posts, presentations, and collateral. This includes ensuring messaging is culturally relevant and locally resonant.

Market and Audience Research- Conduct research on target customer segments, competitor activity, and industry trends to inform campaign planning and go-to-market decisions. Translate findings into clear, usable summaries for the team.

Event and Activation Coordination- Support the planning and on-ground execution of events, trade shows, webinars, and customer engagements. This includes logistics coordination, vendor liaison, and post-event reporting.

Performance Tracking and Reporting- Monitor campaign and channel performance using available tools and dashboards. Compile regular reports and flag insights or anomalies to the marketing manager.

What You Can Bring To This Role

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English

A genuine curiosity about how businesses grow and how customers make decisions.

Basic data analysis skills using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
