The Junior Marketing Specialist plays a key role in strengthening our digital footprint and supporting strategic marketing initiatives. This position involves hands-on work across multiple areas of digital marketing, including SEO optimization, social media management, video production, website updates, YouTube channel management, newsletter design, and onsite digital content development. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the growth and success of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings, increase traffic, and enhance online visibility.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms to grow audience engagement and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Produce, edit, and publish video content aligned with our marketing goals across the website and YouTube channel.
  • Manage and maintain website content, ensuring information is accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for SEO and user experience.
  • Oversee the company’s YouTube presence, including content scheduling, performance tracking, and analytics reporting.
  • Design and distribute digital newsletters that drive engagement and direct traffic to company platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop onsite digital materials that reflect our brand and support campaign objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics to measure success and recommend datadriven improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), video editing tools, and SEO analytics software.
  • Strong writing, communication, and creative thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Genuine interest in learning and staying current with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, accounting software, internet software and database software.
