Jr. Mechanical Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and technically strong MEP Trainer to deliver high-quality training on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems using industry-standard software and practical methodologies. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, updated with current industry practices, and capable of guiding students or professionals toward career readiness in the MEP sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on Revit MEP, SolidWorks, HVAC Design, CATIA, and related Mechanical engineering tools.
• Prepare and update training materials, lesson plans, practical exercises, and assessments.
• Train students on core MEP concepts including HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical basics (optional if mechanical-focused), and industry standards.
• Offer hands-on software demonstrations and real-time project-based learning.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest software updates, MEP codes, and industry trends.
• Support career guidance by mentoring trainees on portfolio preparation and interview readiness.
• Coordinate with the academic team to enhance training quality and learner experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/BTech) or equivalent specialization.
• Minimum 2–5 years of professional or teaching experience in MEP or Mechanical Design fields.
• Strong expertise in:
• Revit MEP
• SolidWorks
• HVAC Design
• CATIA
• AutoCAD MEP (added advantage)
• Knowledge of Mechanical systems design, load calculation methods, ducting, piping layouts, and drafting standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
