Job Title: Jr. Media Buyer

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Salary: PKR 50,000 - 60,000

Job Roles/Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Media Buyer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital and traditional media campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).

Technical Skills Requirement:

1. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram Ads.

2. Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.).

3. Ability to create, analyze, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

4. Understanding of audience targeting, bid strategies, and budget management.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.

6. Basic familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies (optional but preferred).

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute media plans to support marketing campaigns.

2. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

3. Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging ads and content.

4. Negotiate and coordinate with vendors for ad placements across platforms.

5. Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand goals and objectives.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging advertising platforms.

7. Maintain detailed reports of budgets, performance metrics, and campaign outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

2. 1-2 years of experience in media buying or a related field.

3. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).

4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

6. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
