Meta Ads Specialist (E-commerce & Lead Generation)
Core Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns across Meta Business Suite platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Audience Network).
- Develop full-funnel strategies for both e-commerce sales and lead generation.
- Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and advanced targeting.
- Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies.
- Manage advertising budgets ranging from small-scale tests to high-spend international campaigns.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to clients.
Required ExpertiseE-commerce Campaigns
- Conversion and Sales campaigns.
- Dynamic Product Ads (DPA).
- Catalog setup and management.
- Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns.
- Upsell, cross-sell, and abandoned cart retargeting.
- Experience with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom stores.
Lead Generation Campaigns
- Instant Forms (Lead Ads).
- Landing-page conversion campaigns.
- Webinar, appointment-booking, and consultation funnels.
- B2B and B2C lead generation.
- Lead qualification and CRM integration.
Technical Skills
- Meta Pixel setup and troubleshooting.
- Meta Conversions API implementation.
- Event tracking and attribution.
- A/B testing and split testing.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) analysis.
- Funnel tracking and reporting.
- UTM tracking and attribution modeling.
International Campaign Experience
- Managing campaigns across multiple countries and languages.
- Understanding regional audience behavior.
- Currency, localization, and market-specific optimization.
- Experience in markets such as North America, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and Asia.
Performance Expectations
- Consistently improve ROAS and lower acquisition costs.
- Generate qualified leads at target CPL.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with strategic recommendations.
Preferred Results-Based Metrics
- E-commerce: 3x–10x+ ROAS depending on industry and maturity.
- Lead Generation: Reduced CPL while maintaining lead quality.
- Demonstrated case studies showing successful scaling of campaigns.
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
