Generic KRAs:
1. Perform assigned daily tasks accurately and on time under supervision, supporting smooth shift operations.

ERP:
1. Accurately enter daily production data, raw material usage, and stock movements in the ERP system under supervision.
2. Print, file, and organize ERP-related documents such as work orders, batch sheets, and delivery receipts for reference.
3. Assist in cross-checking system entries with manual logs to ensure accuracy and highlight discrepancies to seniors.
Specification:
1. Maintain updated and organized specification files, labels, and routing sheets for all products.
2. Print, verify, and prepare approved labels for production batches, ensuring correct codes and expiry details.
3. Report missing or incorrect details in product specifications to the Operations Assistant for rectification.
Quality Control (QC):
1. Support QC checks by recording temperature, labelling accuracy, and visual product standards during production.
2. Complete QC logs and submit checklists for verification by the QC or Operations team.
3. Follow food safety, GMP, and hygiene protocols to maintain consistent product quality.
Admin:
1. Record daily attendance, leave, TAS, Transport schedules, and employee details accurately, and share updates with the administrative
focal point for verification.
2. Support the preparation of routine reports and basic data analysis to facilitate smooth departmental operations
