Job Description: Jr. Operations Executive + Pre-Sales – Hyderabad / Bangalore
We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Operations Executive to manage deployments, support clients, and ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities
Jr. Operations Executive
- Lead and support Syook’s deployment plans across client sites (Pan India).
- Manage supply chain, inventory, and daily operational stand-ups.
- Conduct site surveys, configure & install hardware, and provide training to end-users.
- Offer post-deployment operational & technical support.
- Support cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D with testing new hardware).
- Drive client management to improve customer experience & retention.
- Motivate and manage teams in time-sensitive, high-pressure environments.
- Track operations metrics to improve productivity, reduce errors, and optimize costs
Business Executive (Pre-sales) Side
- Assisting the sales team before a deal is closed (pre-sales stage).
- Preparing demos, presentations, or product walk-throughs for clients.
- Collecting client requirements and sharing them with the product/tech team.
- Supporting proposal creation, quotations, or RFP (Request for Proposal) responses.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in Google Suite & MS Office.
- Knowledge of project management, operations, and supply chain management.
- Basic understanding of configuring/troubleshooting routers, modems, and working with electronic components.

- Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle unexpected challenges and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (other languages are a plus).
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and growth mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented personality.
