Jr. Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision: Assist in managing and supervising daily operations of carpentry, joinery, and fabrication teams.
• Design Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and design plans, ensuring precise implementation.
• Project Coordination: Organize and allocate tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure timelines are met.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Material Management: Assist in planning, sourcing, and managing materials required for projects.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and guidelines.
• Reporting: Provide updates to senior supervisors or project managers on progress, challenges, and resource needs.
• Flexible to work during weekends in the warehouse and onsite when its needed
• Coordinating with 3D designer any design related projects
• Reports handling
• Onsite project handling

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in exhibitions, events, or construction industries.
• Strong understanding of carpentry, joinery, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Basic knowledge of CAD software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead a diverse team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, when necessary.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
