JR PROPOSALS ENGINEER

Develop an understanding and appreciation of NMDC methodology, capability and cost estimation practices to acquire the knowledge necessary for effective participation in section activities

• Review tender scope of work with particular emphasis on specifications, and provide senior colleagues with comments to assist them in determining requirements

• Prepare concise synopses of tender requirements for internal review and client submission

• Assist in the preparation of standard sub-contract invitation to bid packages, and the review of the technical aspects of materials offers, to gain experience and expertise

• Collaborate with senior colleagues to compile technical and commercial proposals that meet client expectations and align with company standards

• Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard
