Job Responsibilities:

• Handle general purchase activities for site requirements.
• Arrange material handling equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and related machinery as per project needs.
• Coordinate with agencies for outsourcing manpower arrangements and ensure timely availability.
• Maintain vendor database, negotiate rates, and prepare purchase orders.
• Follow up with suppliers/vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure proper documentation of purchase records and compliance with company standards.
• Work closely with the operations team to meet site material and manpower requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Basic knowledge of purchase and supply chain process.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to handle multiple requirements within deadlines.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
