Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates via job portals, referrals, and social media
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
- Support onboarding and HR activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 0–1 year experience (fresher with internship welcome)
- Good communication and organizational skills
