Position: Jr Recruiter

Experience: 6 month to 1 year

Location: Gandhinagar

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and create job postings accordingly.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
  • Conduct telephonic and initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills and suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database daily.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Meet weekly/monthly targets and deadlines for closures.
  • Follow up with candidates post-interview and post-placement.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR preferred).
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or staffing (preferably with a placement agency).
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.
  • Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
