Job Title: Junior Sales Engineer

- Coordinate between clients, internal departments, and principals to ensure seamless communication and timely project execution.
- Proactively follow up with clients and ensure all queries, concerns, and feedback are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Meet with clients and principals to understand business needs, develop relationships, and present the company's product offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, principals, trade partners, and end Create compelling sales presentations and customized offers for clients, ensuring they align with their needs and business objectives.
- Present and explain product solutions to clients, highlighting the value proposition and business benefits.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s product offerings, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition to clients, ensuring that products and services align with their needs.
- Predict and meet order intake targets by proactively identifying sales opportunities and addressing customer needs.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Leadership team.
- Work closely with internal departments (such as Engineering, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure that customer requirements are accurately understood and met.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Instrumentation/ Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
· Proven experience in technical sales
· Valid UAE driving license
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
