Jr. Sales Executive

Renexus Resource Group is expanding its sales team and is looking for energetic, motivated, and career-driven Junior Sales Executives to join our Karachi office. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates as well as candidates with call center exposure who want to grow in a professional sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities

2. Communicate with potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings

3. Maintain client data and follow up on leads

4. Support senior sales professionals in closing deals

5. Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs

6. Build and maintain professional client relationships

Requirements:

1. Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience

2. O/A Level background preferred

3. Call center experience is a plus

4. Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

6. Confident, goal-oriented, and self-motivated

7. Basic knowledge of MS Office
