Jr. SEO Executive

We are hiring an SEO Executive to work on live websites and active client projects in a real agency environment. This role is designed for freshers who understand SEO fundamentals and want to apply them in real-world scenarios where decisions, execution quality, and consistency directly impact performance.

This is not a classroom or training-based role. You will be expected to handle assigned SEO responsibilities, analyze situations, and execute tasks that influence rankings, traffic, and conversions.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Execution & Optimization

• Work on multiple live websites simultaneously
• Perform on-page SEO including:
• Content optimization for search intent
• Heading and structure improvements
• Internal linking strategy implementation
• Meta title and description optimization
• Identify and fix on-page SEO gaps based on performance data

Analysis & Decision-Making

• Analyze keywords, search intent, and SERP behavior
• Study competitor pages to understand why they rank and how they structure content
• Decide what to optimize first and why, based on impact and priority
• Understand how different SEO actions affect visibility and performance

Performance Monitoring

• Track keyword rankings, impressions, clicks, and traffic trends
• Identify drops, plateaus, or growth patterns and act accordingly
• Monitor page-level performance and user behavior signals
• Maintain basic reports to document work done and outcomes observed

Workflow & Project Handling

• Follow structured SEO workflows used in real agency projects
• Handle tasks across different projects without compromising accuracy
• Meet deadlines and execution standards consistently
• Coordinate internally to understand project priorities and expectations
