Jr. Service Technician

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Technician to perform diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment. The role involves on-site technical support, equipment installation, troubleshooting, component replacement, and preventive maintenance. You will also provide customer training, maintain service records, support service marketing, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain company equipment.
• Install, start up, and commission equipment at client sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Replace malfunctioning parts and manage service-related inventory.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to customers.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Promote recommended spare parts and support service marketing.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Travel as required and work flexible hours (weekends/holidays if needed).

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ITI/Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant service/technical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze issues, multitask, and work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office; valid UAE driving license preferred.
