Jr. SharePoint Developer-Trained Fresher

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Trained Fresher SharePoint Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who have received training in SharePoint development and have exposure to C#, .NET, and ReactJS. You will be involved in developing and supporting innovative SharePoint solutions while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of SharePoint platform (SharePoint Online and On-Premise).
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, ReactJS for front-end and back-end development.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Understanding of SQL Server and data management.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and grow in a SharePoint development role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain SharePoint applications and solutions.
  • Work with C# and .NET to build backend solutions for SharePoint.
  • Design and implement ReactJS components for SharePoint-based applications.
  • Assist in the development and customization of SharePoint sites, workflows, and PowerApps.
  • Ensure integration of SharePoint solutions with other Microsoft technologies like Azure and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with teams to meet client requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Perform regular troubleshooting and debugging of SharePoint applications.
  • Assist in the creation of technical documentation for SharePoint solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Training: Formal training or certifications in SharePoint, C#, .NET, ReactJS, or related technologies.
  • Experience: Freshers with training (0-6 months of relevant experience) are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills

  • C#, .NET: Strong foundation in backend development using C# and .NET for SharePoint integration.
  • ReactJS: Proficiency in building dynamic and responsive user interfaces using ReactJS for SharePoint apps.
  • SharePoint Development: Basic knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint Designer for customization.
  • SQL Server: Familiarity with databases and data integration for SharePoint solutions.
  • Power Automate & Power Apps: Exposure to Microsoft Power Automate for automating processes and Power Apps for low-code development.
  • Web Technologies: Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Soft Skills

  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.


Good to Have

  • Experience with Azure and cloud-based SharePoint solutions.
  • Knowledge of Power BI for integrating data and creating reports in SharePoint.
  • Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.


Work Experience

  • 0-6 months of practical experience through training, internships, or academic projects in SharePoint development, C#, .NET, and ReactJS.
