Job Responsibilities

• · Executing work based on the GFC (Good For Construction) Drawing.

· Work scheduling and reviewing the progress based on the schedule.

· Quality control on day to day work.

· Wastage control on day to day work.

· Cost control on day to day work.

· Arranging work front to the sub-contractors in advance.

· Forecasting material requirement and intending materials based on the work schedule.

· Ensuring site safety and taking precautions.

· Preparing contractors weekly bill based on the actual work done.

· Solving all site issues.

· Preparing daily and weekly reports.

· Meeting with site staff for receiving their day to day activity.
