Jr. Site Supervision Engineer

T.H.E Architects, Planners & Engineers is currently looking for Site Supervision Engineers to join our growing team.

As a multidisciplinary consultancy, we deliver innovative architectural and engineering solutions across a wide range of projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance throughout every stage of construction.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise construction activities on site to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and report on site activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable codes.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
• Monitor quality control procedures and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Prepare site reports, snag lists, and progress updates.

Requirements

0-2 years of experience in site supervision within an engineering consultancy environment.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and site operations.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage site activities independently and professionally.

Positive attitude, accountability, and a proactive approach to work..
