As a Junior Social Media Strategist at Agadh, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital marketing efforts by assisting in the development and execution of social media strategies that engage and grow the brand audience. You will work closely with the team to cultivate a strong online presence while gaining valuable experience in the ever-evolving landscape of social media.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in planning and executing platform-specific social media strategies.

· Shoot and edit content using a mobile phone (reels, stories, UGC-style videos).

· Design and edit reels, reels cover and creatives on Canva.

· Manage daily posting, engagement, and community building.

· Track analytics, prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.

· Stay updated on the latest social media trends and formats.

· Collaborate with designers, copywriters and senior team members.

Required Qualifications

· 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.

· Proven experience in mobile content shooting (photo & video).

· Proficiency in Canva (basic to intermediate level).

· Understanding of platform algorithms, trends and formats.

· Basic video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, InShot, VN, etc.).
