Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of Odoo ERP implementation projects. The role requires coordination between internal teams and clients to ensure tasks are completed on time, requirements are met, and project goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring Odoo ERP implementation projects.
• Coordinate with technical, functional, and support teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates with stakeholders.
• Assist in gathering client requirements and ensuring proper documentation.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to avoid delays.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients and internal teams on assigned tasks.
• Support in testing, training, and deployment activities of Odoo ERP.
• Identify and report potential project risks or issues to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or ERP/software implementation (Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of ERP systems (knowledge of Odoo ERP is a plus).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (Trello, Asana, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
