Job Description:
BrandRevam is looking for a motivated and results-driven Junior Upwork Bidder to join our onsite team in Karachi. The ideal candidate should have experience in bidding on Upwork and generating quality leads for digital services.

Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork
• Write customized proposals to clients
• Communicate with clients and handle initial discussions
• Coordinate with the sales and development team
• Maintain bidding records and reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of IT services (web, app, design, etc.)
• Ability to meet targets and work in a team
