Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support day-to-day HR and administrative operations. The role involves handling internal HR activities, maintaining employee records, ensuring smooth office administration, and acting as the primary coordinator with the external HR Consultant for HR processes, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Coordination
- Serve as the point of contact between the company and the external HR Consultant for all HR-related functions.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracker, and ensure timely HR documentation.
- Support performance management processes as guided by HR Consultant (KRA setting, reviews, feedback sessions, etc.).
- Ensure HR policies are circulated, followed, and updated in consultation with the HR Consultant.
- Coordinate training, employee engagement, and welfare initiatives.
Administration & Office Management
- Oversee general office administration including housekeeping, stationery, vendor coordination, and asset management.
- Manage attendance system, access controls, visitor management, and office maintenance.
- Coordinate travel, logistics, event arrangements, and meeting scheduling.
- Maintain petty cash, company bills, courier, and office expenses record.
- Assist in statutory documentation related to office licenses, renewals, and compliance records.
Payroll & Compliance Support
- Compile monthly attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
- Assist the HR Consultant and accounts team in payroll inputs and statutory compliance documentation.
- Maintain and organize employee files, contracts, and compliance-related documents.
Skills & Qualifications
Education: MBA in HR or other relevant degree.
Experience: 1–3 years of HR and Admin experience, preferably in manufacturing, garment, textile, or related sectors.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of HR processes and basic labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
