Judgment Enforcement Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Primary Responsibilities will include telephone calls, skip tracing, asset location, and other methods of legal judgment enforcement, such as preparing bank restraints, wage garnishments, and other executions. Experience is a plus.

You must have an attention to detail, and be able to prioritize and re-prioritize during the course of the day in order to meet deadlines. We are looking for the person who, when we ask them to do Step "A", will ask how to do Step "B".
