Juicer

Position Summary

The Juicer is responsible for preparing fresh juices, smoothies, and beverage items in accordance with company recipes and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fruit handling, food safety practices, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty beverages as per company recipes and SOPs
• Ensure proper washing, cutting, and storage of fruits and ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of juice preparation area and equipment
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of shortages
• Follow Kuwait Municipality food safety and hygiene regulations
• Ensure proper handling of blenders, juicers, and other equipment
• Maintain high standards of presentation and portion control
• Assist in daily opening and closing procedures
• Support branch operations during peak hours when required

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a juice bar, café, or F&B outlet
• Good knowledge of fresh juice preparation and ingredient combinations
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards in Kuwait
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Team player with positive attitude
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Transferable residency in Kuwait (Visa 18) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in premium café or dessert brands
• Basic knowledge of inventory control
• Familiarity with SOP-based operational systems
