Junior 3D Visualizer

Job Title: 3D Visualizer (SketchUp & D5 Render)

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with strong expertise in SketchUp and D5 Render to create high-quality, photorealistic visualizations for architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, lighting, materials, and composition.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed 3D models using SketchUp.

Create high-quality, photorealistic renderings using D5 Render.

Interpret architectural drawings, layouts, and design briefs.

Apply appropriate materials, textures, lighting, and landscaping elements.

Produce interior and exterior visualizations.

Prepare walkthroughs, animations, or presentation visuals if required.

Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project teams.

Revise and refine renderings based on feedback.

Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

1–3 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer (or as required).

Strong proficiency in:

SketchUp

o

D5 Render

Good knowledge of:

o

AutoCAD (for drawing reference)

o

Photoshop (for post-production)

Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and composition.

Ability to create realistic and visually appealing presentations.

Good time management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in architectural walkthroughs or animation.

Knowledge of additional rendering tools (Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, etc.) is an advantage.

Understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
