Junior Academic Writer (In-House)

We are looking for a motivated Junior Academic Writer to join our in-house team. The role involves assisting in preparing academic documents including theses, dissertations, research papers, and reports across diverse fields such as Finance, Medical Sciences, IT, and Management.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research from reliable sources across multiple disciplines (Finance, Medical, IT, etc.).
• Draft, edit, and proofread academic documents with proper formatting and citation styles (APA, MLA, Harvard, etc.).
• Support senior writers and editors in preparing thesis/dissertation content.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects while maintaining academic integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the quality and depth of research outputs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, IT, Medical, or related disciplines).
• 1–2 years of experience in academic writing, research assistance, or related work.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to work across multiple domains.
• Familiarity with academic referencing and formatting styles.
• Excellent command of written English (grammar, clarity, structure).
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Preferred/Plus Points:

• Prior experience in writing theses or dissertations in more than one domain (e.g., Finance + Medical + IT).
• Knowledge of statistical tools/software (SPSS, Stata, R, etc.).
