About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a fast-paced software environment and be capable of managing customer accounts while also coordinating warehouse dispatch operations. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and coordination skills.

Software / System Handling

• Work on company software for order booking, tracking, and customer records.
• Update system entries, process orders, and ensure data accuracy.
• Generate reports as required for sales, dispatch, and account activities.

Warehouse Dispatch Coordination

• Coordinate closely with the warehouse dispatch team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Track order status and communicate updates to clients and internal departments.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and verifying dispatch activities.
• Handle dispatch-related documentation and ensure accuracy in shipping details.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
