We're looking for an Account Success Manager with a sharp strategic mind, creative spark, and a love for collaborating with clients to bring their digital marketing goals to life.

What You’ll Do:

In this role, you will serve as a key advisor to clients and internal teams, helping to guide campaign direction, refine messaging, and align marketing activities with overarching business goals.

  • Assist on client calls: Attend client meetings to take notes and add insights. These calls take place between 9-5 Monday-Friday
  • Consult with Primary Account Manager: Collaborate with the primary account manager after meetings to strategize campaign priorities.
  • Act as the primary account manager for a select few accounts
  • SEO Content Implementation: Execute the primary account manager’s plan for on-page optimization, technical optimization or blog posting. May include:
  • Meta Description + Title Tag Optimization
  • Image alt text optimization
  • Content execution
  • Delivery of page status
  • Collaborate with Specialists: Partner with internal teams in SEO, content, paid media, and design to bring your strategies to life.
  • Backlinking: Use backlink tool to find and apply to backlinks for the SEO clients

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a sharp, organized marketing mind who thrives in a consultative role and enjoys stepping into a variety of industries and challenges.

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy (agency or freelance experience preferred)
  • Strong grasp of inbound marketing principles, lead generation strategies, and performance metrics
  • Confident communicator with the ability to simplify complex ideas for clients and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEO PowerSuite, SEMRush
  • Understanding of content strategy, audience personas, and the role of SEO in organic visibility
  • Experience in a remote, collaborative environment, and comfortable managing multiple accounts/projects simultaneously
  • Availability to work during Eastern Time business hours
