Junior Account Manager

ASEE Turkey is looking for Junior Account Manager.

We would love to meet you!

• Support preparation of business development plans
• Customer visits for System Integration/Software Solutions understanding customer demands and requirements clearly
• Partner management related activities
• Sharing customer expectations and requirements to development, delivery and sales teams
• Build strong relationship with partners and customers to enable open communication
• Being first point of contact for any kind of partner and customer requirements
• Provide support for delivery team in order to fulfill end-to-end delivery processes and increase customer satisfaction
• Follow partner and customer agreements and invoices and CRM update
• Perform partner and customer satisfaction surveys and place improvement plans

What are the key challenges and goals?

Business Development. Strong partner to customers for the best solution

Analyze requirements. Deeply understanding business dynamics, partner and customer needs and transform them into solutions and projects.

Ensure the quality of the solution. Ensure the partner & customer needs and requirements are well understood and interpreted all stakeholders

Improvement Plans. Suggesting and implementing improvement plans based on customer feedbacks

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience on Monitoring Applications & Software Solutions
• Dynatrace knowledge is a plus.
• Computer or related Engineering degree is a required
• Business development knowledge is required
• Contributor to new projects by providing creative ideas
• Presentation skill, analytical thinking and customer management are essential
• Excellent communicator (verbal and written) with the ability to be concise and incisive with strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Strong problem solving & organizational skills
• Advanced level of English both spoken and written
