Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned clients.
Understand clients’ business needs and provide tailored solutions to achieve their goals.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and reports to support business decisions.
Monitor account performance, identify upselling opportunities, and maintain client satisfaction.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly account targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or in a client-facing role.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent command of English and Arabic.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
