- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day communication and relationship management.
- Understand client business goals, marketing objectives, and brand guidelines to translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Strategy, Creative, Performance, Social Media, SEO, Tech) to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery — timelines, deliverables, approvals, and revisions.
- Present plans, reports, and performance updates to clients in a clear, structured, and insight-driven manner.
- Track campaign performance, highlight key insights, and suggest optimizations aligned with client KPIs.
- Handle client feedback, concerns, and escalations professionally while maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Ensure adherence to budgets, scopes of work, and agreed timelines across all projects.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling additional digital services.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and internal trackers for campaigns, meetings, and client communication.
