In this position, you will be responsible for driving Henkel Consumer Brands’ growth in the Discounter Channel by combining strong analytical thinking with fast-paced execution. You will manage key discounter customers, translate market and customer insights into actionable sales strategies, and ensure profitable and sustainable growth in a highly dynamic retail environment.
- Generating one of Henkel’s business units “Consumer Brands” sales operations by assuming responsibility for the Discounter Channel, with the objective of maximizing strategic targets (NES, profitability, market share, A/R, sales budget).

Creating channel-specific sales strategies; setting targets, planning, and ensuring strong execution in line with discounter dynamics.

Building strong, professional, and sustainable relationships with key discounter customers and realizing joint business plans through close collaboration.

Closely analyzing market dynamics, customer performance, and competitive landscape, and translating insights into actionable plans with a strong analytical perspective.

Planning FY category-based sell-in targets for Discounter Channel key accounts and closely monitoring customer size and their impact on overall business performance.

Following the profitability of each customer and category, proactively developing action plans to secure profitability while ensuring stable and sustainable growth.

Setting, tracking, and following up on targets for customers and internal sales teams, ensuring high pace and disciplined execution.

Conducting regular route-to-market and customer visits to strengthen Henkel’s presence, reputation, and influence within the discounter channel.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or in a relevant field

3 to 5 years of experience in Key Account Management within the Discounter Channel

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

Strength with strategic and analytical thinking skills combining with critical thinking and problem solving

Efficient oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management

Self-confident professional, who possesses strong interpersonal skills along with sound leadership capabilities

Advanced user of MS Office applications
