Astek is seeking a
Junior Account Manager
to support outsourcing and HR coordination activities in Saudi Arabia. This role is hybrid in nature, requiring
50% presence at a strategic client site
and
50% at Astek’s office in Riyadh
.
You will act as a
key coordination point
between the client, Astek management, and the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring smooth communication, efficient hiring processes, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outsourcing & HR Coordination

Collect, consolidate, and track client staffing requirements

Coordinate with management and Talent Acquisition teams on:

Open roles and priorities
-
Candidate pipeline progress
-
Organize and schedule candidate interviews
-
Follow up on interview feedback and ensure timely communication
2. Client Relationship & On-site Presence

Spend part of the week on client site to:
-
Gather and clarify requirements
-
Ensure alignment with Astek teams
-
Act as a
reliable point of contact
for daily operations

Escalate risks, delays, or issues proactively
3. Operational & Administrative Support

Maintain accurate tracking of:
-
Open roles
-
Interview stages
-
Candidate pipelines
-
Support HR-related administrative tasks
-
Prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates
Profile & Requirements
-
1–3 years of experience
-
Background in:
-
HR, recruitment, outsourcing, or coordination roles
-
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
-
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (client, TA, management)

Professional communication skills
-
Ability to work partially on client site
-
Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
