Junior Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, expense claims, and payments
• Handle petty cash transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns
• Provide support during internal and external audits
• Purchase booking and maintaining supplier records
• Raising quotations and assisting with procurement documentation
• Following up on customer and supplier payments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory)
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Candidates with prior workshop/garage experience will be preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
