Junior Accountant

Manage all accounting operations related to the real estate sector, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including data entry, ledger updates, and account reconciliations.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.

Handle property income and expenses, prepare profit and loss statements, and manage accounts receivable/payable.

Assist in financial audits and ensure timely submission of financial reports.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

Collaborate with the finance team and support other departments as needed.

Review and submit VAT returns in accordance with local tax laws.

Support the audit process by working closely with auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit cycle.

Prepare and present detailed financial reports and forecasts for senior management.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software ( Tally, or similar).
• Excellent knowledge of UAE VAT laws, IFRS, and corporate tax compliance.
• Preferred Female Candidates.
• Own visa/Freelancer visa Holders are welcome.
