Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Conducted product presentations, negotiated contracts, and closed deals.
- Monitor sales data and report performance to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Guide with the new scope of projects as per the new trends in the market.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition.
- Develop promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
- Coordinate with digital marketing team, such as SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media advertising.
- Plan and participate in events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the brand.
- Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in Events Company.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and market trends.
- Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Skills in producing charts, icons, logos, tables, plots & flowcharts
- Solid knowledge of image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
