Sales Engineer

We seek a dynamic and driven ELV Sales Executive to join our growing team and drive business expansion. The ELV Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining client relationships in the ELV sector. The role involves understanding client requirements, providing appropriate solutions, and driving sales growth through effective communication and negotiation. You will collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 0-4 years of sales experience in ELV systems or related industries such as security systems, automation, or telecommunications.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarms, etc.), with the ability to explain technical features to non-technical clients.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiation & Closing Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals efficiently.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Other Skills: Problem-solving abilities, self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
