Junior Accountant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant (Fresher) to join our finance team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce who are eager to build a strong foundation in financial operations, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Help with reconciling bank statements and ledger entries.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to collect financial data as required.
• Support the finance team in audits and tax filings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior accountants or finance managers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Internship experience in accounting or finance.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic tax regulations.
• Exposure to ERP systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
